Social Prescribing Week - Welcome Me

Kathryn, Wellbeing Coordinator at Great Sutton Medical Centre, was out and about again this morning spreading the word around social prescribing as well as finding out about local activities that our patients may be interested in. She went along to the Welcome Me coffee morning in Hooton which is every Wednesday 10am-12noon. It is a really supportive and welcoming group for people living with dementia and their carers. They do a range of activities and gentle exercise as well as having knowledgeable staff and volunteers including Admiral nurses.
