Social Prescribing Week in Ellesmere Port!

For Social Prescribing Week our Wellbeing Coordinators from the Ellesmere Port patch, Amy, Kathryn and Angela, have been on the road visiting some of Ellesmere Port's community hubs including Royal British Legion, Foodbank, Library

and Flynn's Port in a Storm. After the pandemic many more places are opening up for face to face contact and it was amazing to meet all the teams face to face and learn more about the work they do.

Here is a photo of Kathryn and Amy with the Royal British Legion and Foodbank teams. The Royal British Legion in Little Sutton is open every Tuesday 10:00-12:00 pop in for hot drinks, snacks and chat. Everyone is welcome.
